The Election commission of India( E.C.I), a body created by the Constitution of India, has been given the responsibility of managing choices impartially in India. Role and Function of The Election Commission of India

A law for the enrollment process for political parties was legislated in 1989. The enrollment ensures that the political parties are honored as public, state and indigenous parties. The election commission has the right to lot symbols to the political parties depending on the status. The same symbol can not be allocated to two political parties indeed if they do n’t dispute in the region.
